Rudimentary beginnings as a stage hand and theater carpenter have given me perspective on live performance operations that serves as the basis for my ethos in arts management. Working my way toward roles in various projects serving as personnel and production manager, that ethos has become fully realized with a focus on holistic management practices. Creating impactful events relies on highly effective management of the resources in play, requiring a fully integrated flow between all aspects of production. I bring a nuanced approach to the management of production staff, performing talent, executive level stakeholders, patron services and more, planning comprehensively, deftly executing, and pivoting with grace as needed.
